Do you work outside Casablanca?
Yes. Based in Casablanca, we work throughout Morocco, on site or remotely depending on the intervention.
Do you work in other African countries?
Only on behalf of Moroccan groups and their subsidiaries. Outside Morocco, we do not take on assignments from companies unconnected to a Moroccan group.
Are you tied to a vendor?
No. Our multi-vendor approach lets us recommend the solution best suited to your context, constraints and budget.
What does a service contract include?
The scope covered, response and resolution times by site criticality, support arrangements, tracked indicators and the frequency of service reviews.
Do you respond to tenders?
Yes. We respond to requests for proposals and tenders from Moroccan private companies and public bodies.
Can you help us comply with Law 09-08?
