In accordance with Moroccan Law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, the information collected through the contact form (name, company, email, telephone, message) is intended solely for SYLANTIS TECHNOLOGIES SARL to process your request and get back to you. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties.
Contact form messages are delivered by email through the Brevo service (Sendinblue SAS, 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France), which acts as a processor and does not use this data for its own purposes. An acknowledgement is sent to the address you provide. Conversations started through the WhatsApp button are subject to WhatsApp's (Meta) terms and privacy policy. Data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and manage the business relationship.
SYLIA, the AI of Sylantis Technologies, is an artificial intelligence service provided by Anthropic PBC (San Francisco, United States) through its Claude API. The messages you enter are sent to Anthropic to generate replies, and are kept only for the duration of your browsing session, in your own browser; Sylantis Technologies does not record them. Replies are provided for information only and may contain errors: they commit Sylantis Technologies only once confirmed in writing by our team. Do not enter sensitive personal data, passwords or confidential information.
Subscription to the Sylantis Letter is based on your consent, confirmed by a validation email (double opt-in). Your address is kept in a list managed with Brevo until you unsubscribe, which you can do at any time using the link in every email or by writing to [email protected].
You have the right to access, rectify and object to the processing of your data, which you can exercise by writing to [email protected].
